Legal Coaching and Unbundled Legal Services
Legal coaching and unbundled legal services are for clients who wish to receive legal guidance while they self-represent in their family law matter. This option significantly reduces legal costs and the services are curtailed for your specific needs and budget.
Flat Rate Agreements and Legal Opinions
Banaszek Family Law offers flat rates for uncontested cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts (“pre-nups”), separation agreements, parenting plans, divorces, child support analysis and legal opinions. Consultations and Independent Legal Advice
